Wrong food given. I ordered chicken not paneer and the rice was luke warm- had to throw it out no idea how long it was sitting at that temperature

We had 6 different dishes plus naan and the food was excellent.

Picked up 8.45 pm order at 8.35 pm and the food was luke warm had to reheat all of it when arrivecd home 5 minutes later. Taste was good

food was too spicy, question: is mild hotter than spicy, because spicy is what I ordered and it's at the bottom

I love it so much; I ordered extra for lunch tomorrow. The best Indian food I have ever had. We are blessed to have such extraordinary Indian food in Parksville. The owner and staff are always friendly, appreciative and hardworking. It's my go-to when I eat out or order online.

We asked for the lamb spicey because it appeared the lowest level of heat, and then veg jalfrezi mild. The veg was fine, but the lamb was very hot, am I missing something, is spicey actually hotter than mild? If so why is it at the bottom?
